PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature adjusting device whose wiring operation is easier than before, which is space saving, and which can calculate a parameter value relating to electric power being a control object at low cost.SOLUTION: The temperature adjusting device for controlling a heater to a predetermined temperature by adjusting electric power to be supplied to the heater on the basis of an electric power value calculated from a voltage and a current supplied to the heater which is composed of a resistance wire and a previously determined temperature setting value, and for adjusting a temperature of an object to be controlled to a target value includes an electric power calculator for calculating a parameter value relating to electric power to be used for temperature adjustment of the object to be controlled on the basis of the voltage to be supplied to the heater and the current flowing through the heater. |
