PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein reset button depression that is a watch timer reset signal output method for a bridge navigation watch alarm system (BNWAS), and an navigation equipment operation, are working loads for a person on duty, and a problem wherein an infrared sensor can not monitor an unmanned operation state when the person on duty swoons.SOLUTION: This output device or the like is constituted of three which are a sensor A for detecting the person in duty at a usual time, a sensor B for detecting the swoon person on duty when the person on duty falls into a swoon, and a control part for a watch timer reset output for controlling the watch timer reset output and an output, the person on duty is determined to be under normal working, when the person on duty is detected by the sensor A and not detected by the sensor B, to output a watch timer reset signal from the control part, the person on duty is determined to fall into swoon, to get into the unmanned operation state, in a case other than the case determined under the normal working, and the control part does not output the watch timer reset signal. |
