PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system which is free of shifting cost to users who do not require a transparent toner image and applies a gloss difference in one and the same image to the users that require the transparent toner image.SOLUTION: The image forming system includes a first image forming device 1, including process units 10Y, 10M, 10C and 10K forming a color toner image on a paper P and a first fixing device 26 for heating and fixing the color toner image on the paper and a second image forming device 2, including a process unit 30 continuously forming the transparent toner image on the paper P output by the first image forming device 1 and a second fixing device 37 for heating and fixing the color toner image and the transparent toner image on the paper P. In the image forming system, the second image forming device 2 is optionally loaded, with respect to the first image forming device 1 and the fixing temperature of the second fixing device 37 is lower than the fixing temperature of the first fixing device 26. |
