PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for forming a storage space for rainwater storage and penetration facilities and provide technique for removing sand and mud accompanied by rainwater flowing into the facilities.SOLUTION: In the storage and penetration facilities for rainwater or the like, pipe-like members are arranged lengthwise, the upper end parts and the lower end parts of the pipe-like members are inserted in a flat plate having hole in which the ends of the pipes can be inserted to thereby form a top part and a bottom. The bottom is provided with a U-shaped groove, and the pipe-like members in the outermost periphery are connected to each other by a rope to form a storage space. Further, horizontal plate-like members are fitted to the longitudinal middle parts of the pipe-like members in the storage space, and the horizontal plate-like members are arranged to gradually decrease in height toward the U-shaped groove of the storage space to form an inclined part. The storage space is constructed in the underground and covered with sheet-like materials. Thus, the storage space is formed by the pipe-like members to ensure visibility for the interior of the facilities, and the horizontal plates are arranged to form the inclined surface to accumulate the sand and mud in the U-shaped groove. |
