PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange apparatus and a vehicle air conditioner reducing pressure loss while suppressing the short axis length of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: The heat exchange apparatus 24 includes a duct 20 with a flat ventilation passage 34 whose passage cross section corresponding to a ventilation direction has a long axis and a short axis; the fin type heat exchanger 41 disposed in the ventilation passage 34 of the duct 20; and a Peltier element 42 thermally connectedly disposed to the heat exchanger 41. The heat exchanger 41 is disposed in the ventilation passage 34 of the duct 20 so that the upstream side end length of the heat exchanger is longer than the maximum long axis length of the passage cross section in the region where the exchanger 41 is disposed. |
