The disclosed phase change cooler is provided with: a plurality of heat receiving units that cause a refrigerant to change phase from liquid to gas by means of heat received from a heating element; one radiator unit that causes the refrigerant to change phase from gas to liquid by means of radiating heat to the surroundings; a plurality of gas pipes that transport the gaseous coolant from each of the aforementioned heat receiving units to the aforementioned radiator unit; a liquid pipe that circulates the liquid refrigerant from the aforementioned radiator unit to each of the aforementioned heat receiving units; and a bypass pipe that connects each of the aforementioned heat receiving units to each other.
