<p>Disclosed is a reel mower that can obtain a sufficient level of raising/lowering when, in order to move the reel mower, the reel mower is temporarily raised and lifted up from the state wherein the reel mower is lowered and a lawn is being mowed. A left/right pivot tube (36) is affixed to the end of a lift arm (9) that pivots up and down by means of a raising/lowering hydraulic cylinder (4); a left/right pivot shaft (35) is fitted to the left/right pivot tube (36); a horizontal pivot tube (37) is affixed to the front end of the left-right pivot shaft (35); a horizontal pivot pin (25) is fitted inside the horizontal pivot tube (37); by means of the horizontal pivot pin (25), the front section of a front mower unit (1) is supported pivotably in the horizontal direction, and the front mower unit (1) is supported pivotably in the front-back direction; the back section of the front mower unit (1) is supported in a suspended manner by means of a swinging-inhibiting chain (3) attached to one end of the lift arm (9); and the swinging-inhibiting chain (3) can change in vertical position with respect to the lift arm (9) together with the rising/lowering pivoting of the lift arm (9).</p> |
