The device (1) has a centering and a fastening dome (4) for forming a releasable clip connection into an opening of a structural component. A holding socket (5) holds the dome and integrally formed with a cover part (2). The holding socket comprises an abutment surface for attachment at the structural element, and the dome is arranged on the abutment surface. The dome comprises elastic locking legs in an opening of the structural element in an insertion direction of the dome, where end of the dome is formed in a truncated pyramid-shape.
