By using a therapeutic graft material comprising therapeutic cells, which have been isolated from a cell culture support, an organ or a tissue and are to be injected into the liver from the hepatic vein side, the therapeutic cells can be efficiently transplanted into a liver tissue. Then, the function of the therapeutic cells per se can be sufficiently exerted in the recipient and, therefore, a disease in the recipient's body can be treated thereby.
