PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify data conversion processing of data to be converted which belong to data space of three axes.SOLUTION: 3D-LUT is classified by unit three-dimensional rectangular body Q, serial numbers (Q00-Q26) corresponding to a storage order of correction data is given to each unit three-dimensional rectangular body Q. Since adjacent unit three-dimensional rectangular bodies Q do not share a lattice point, eight lattice points contained in the unit three-dimensional rectangular body Q through the serial number are determined. Also, according to the position occupied by one unit three-dimensional rectangular body Q in a 3D-LUT, positional relation between adjacent unit three-dimensional rectangular bodies Q is determined by relation of the serial number. In a projector, since first through eighth memories are allotted conforming to memory allotment rule in which the serial number of the unit three-dimensional rectangular body Q is considered, the unit three-dimensional rectangular body Q is specified by xyz coordinate of the data to be converted; and correction data of the eight lattice points used for data conversion are read out. |
