PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp in which failures and degradation of LEDs are suppressed even in case of combination with a discharge lamp lighting device, to provide a lighting device usable for both of the LED lamp and a discharge lamp, and to provide an illumination device using them.SOLUTION: The LED lamp 1 includes: light-emitting circuit LED1 to LEDn having the LEDs to emit light with electric current input from the discharge lamp illumination device; and a capacitive component C1 connected in parallel with an output of the discharge lamp illumination device. The LED lamp 1 can be mounted on the discharge lamp illumination device.
