PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system shortening a stand-by time during operation.SOLUTION: An MFP capable of communicating with a server mounted to carry out an application program includes: a setting part 55 for setting conditions for allowing the server to carry out the application program; a setting table 71 storing a first parameter for each of a plurality of setting items; a processing execution part 59 carrying out processing according to the first parameter; a function table 73 storing a parameter corresponding to the application program for each of the plurality of setting items; and a parameter changing part 57 changing the first parameter after the completion of condition setting by the setting part 55 when an object setting item in which the first parameter differs from the second parameter corresponds to a delay item, and changing the first parameter before the completion of condition setting by the setting part 55 when the object setting item corresponds to an early item.
