PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device or the like which can perform fixation for which disturbance of images and creases and jamming of a recording medium are prevented even when the position of a pressing rotating body to a fixing rotating body is displaced.SOLUTION: The fixing device includes an adjustment mechanism 9 for adjusting the end part 21a on the side close to the fixation processing part NP of a guide part 21 in a guide member 20 to a first adjustment state that it is present at a position closer to the fixing surface of the fixing rotating body than the surface of the pressing rotating body and also the position separated from the introducing port NPin of the fixation processing part at a required interval and a second state that it is present at a position closer to the surface of the pressing rotating body than the fixing surface of the fixing rotating body and also the position closer to the introducing port of the fixation processing part than in the first adjustment state, corresponding to the displacement of the pressing rotating body (50) relative to the fixing rotating body (60) to a first setting position and second setting position by a displacement mechanism. |
