PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which can optimize time at which a power switch is shifted from a non-conducting state to a conduction state, and to provide a method of controlling the power switch of the circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes a common power wiring; a first circuit; a plurality of power switches whose conduction and non-conduction are controlled, based on a power switch control signal and which connects in parallel the common power wiring and the first circuit; a delay circuit which is connected between the power switch control signal and the plurality of power switches and which transmits the shift of the power switch control signal to each of the plurality of power switches with a different delay time, when the power switch control signal is shifted from a non-conducting state to a conduction state and shifts each of the plurality of power switches from a non-conducting state to a conduction state with a different time delay; and a delay time control unit for controlling an increase and decrease the delay time of the delay circuit. |
