PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate laminating device enabling close contact and lamination of a laminating target such as a functional sheet even when a laminating face of a substrate has a bent part and swell, and capable of improving productivity of a laminated product.SOLUTION: In the substrate laminating device, a first workpiece W1 and a second workpiece W2 are placed opposing to each other vertically, and lamination is performed by pressing the first workpiece W1 against the second workpiece W2 by a roller mechanism 6. The roller mechanism 6 includes a reciprocating drive table 20, a main roller 22, two intermediate rollers 32, a pressing structure and the like. The pressing structure includes: five pressing tables 33 arranged along the central axis of the main roller 22; three correction rollers 34, 35 provided in each pressing table 33 and supporting the intermediate rollers 32; and a plurality of air cylinders 36 pressing up the individual pressing tables 33. Lamination is performed while the main roller 22 is floated and supported by the plurality of air cylinders 36 via the correction rollers 34, 35 and the intermediate rollers 32. |
