PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain electronic apparatus, having two casings rotatable to each other and at least one of which including a metal casing body, which can accurately detect a folded state by using magnetism.SOLUTION: The first casing 1 and the second casing 2 are rotatably mounted by a hinge mechanism. The electronic equipment includes a magnet 5 added to an outside of an end surface 12a, facing an end part on a side facing to a side arranged with the hinge mechanism of the first casing 1 in the metal casing body 10 constituting the first casing 1; and a magnetic detection element 7 arranged at a position in the second casing 2 and facing to the magnet 5, when the first casing 1 is folded. The magnet 5 is arranged to be separated from the end surface 12 of the casing body 10 at a predetermined distance. |
