PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently adjust the voltage value differences among a plurality of battery cells which are serially connected.SOLUTION: The voltage adjustment system 1 includes switches SW1 to SW4, SW11 to SW15 and a control unit 6. The detecting part 8 of the control unit 6 detects the voltage value of cells Ca to Cd connected in series. A determination part 9 extracts the maximum voltage cell having the maximum voltage value and the minimum voltage cell having the minimum voltage value. A controller 10 executes adjustment processing relative to the maximum voltage cell and the minimum voltage cell, by controlling the switches SW1 to SW4, SW11 to SW15. In this adjustment processing, the maximum voltage cell is connected in parallel to the minimum voltage cell. |
