PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus that reduces communication data volume.SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes: a storage part 40 for storing a random number table in which original values and random numbers corresponding to the original values are arranged; a retrieval part 110 for retrieving a random number coincident with a data value to be transmitted from the random number table; a conversion part 120 which, when the random number coincident with the data value to be transmitted is retrieved, converts the data value to be transmitted to information indicating an original value corresponding to the retrieved random number to obtain conversion information; a generation part 130 for generating a packet for storing information indicating that the conversion of the data value to be transmitted is valid and the conversion information; and transmission parts 30, 20, 10 for transmitting the packet. |
