PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a sensor network which is relatively fast while securing a degree of belief in estimation, by allowing the reduction of the amount of data transmitted/received by sensor nodes regardless of the number of particles used by each sensor node, in the sensor network, state estimation method and program.SOLUTION: The sensor network includes: a plurality of sensor nodes each of which estimates a state of an observation object by using a particle filter and calculates and transmits a degree of belief of a state interval of particles used by the sensor node itself, wherein one likelihood is given to one interval of state quantity of the particles; and one integrating node which integrates the degrees of belief received from the plurality of sensor nodes to transmit the integration result to each sensor node. Each of the plurality of sensor nodes is configured to modify its own degree of belief on the basis of the integration result received from the integrating node. |
