PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid spoiling storage stability of a frother liquid.SOLUTION: A fixing device includes a first container which contains a softening agent liquid at least containing a softening agent for softening resin-containing fine particles containing resin by dissolving or swelling at least part of the resin, a second container which contains a frother liquid at least containing the frother for foaming the softening agent liquid, and a foamed fixing liquid preparing means of preparing a foamed fixing liquid by at least mixing the softening agent liquid stored in the first container and the frother liquid stored in the second container and diluent solvent. The foamed fixing liquid prepared by the foamed fixing liquid preparing means is imparted to the resin-containing fine particles to achieve fixation. A plurality of spaces partitioned with fine partition walls 81 are provided inside the container 12 in which the frother liquid is stored. |
