PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify that it is necessary to immediately learn a correlation when the presence or absence of the instantaneous interruption of power in control means controlling a variable valve train is detected by a comparatively simple method and there is abnormality.SOLUTION: This control device includes: a first timer measuring time T1 after starting the first control means controlling a first control object; a second timer measuring time T2 after starting the second control means controlling a second control object; and a determination means determining that there is the instantaneous interruption of the power in any one of the first control means and the second control means when the absolute value of a difference between the time T1 and the time T2 is equal to or higher than a predetermined value. |
