PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress incorrect write of file information to an external storage medium from a terminal device.SOLUTION: A terminal 10 includes: an HDD file read monitoring control part 101-1 which determines compliance with a transfer policy when read of the file information is detected, and reads the file information when in compliance; a virtual disk output propriety determination part 101-4 which determines whether write is permitted or not based on requesting software of a storage request of an image file to a virtual disk 104 when the storage request is detected; an external device output propriety determination part 101-6 which detects access to an external device part and permits read of the image information to the external device part only when the access is one by a file read monitoring part; and a trail managing log storage part 101-9 which obtains and analyzes the image information and records information indicating the file information contained in the image information as trail information. |
