PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer management system that properly predicts replacement time while preventing influence of use environment of an apparatus, a property of each apparatus, a property of an individual user such as usage, or the like.SOLUTION: A printer management device includes a printer information notification program that transmits information on at least the number of printed sheets and replacement of a component based on information acquired from a printer. A notification analysis device 40 includes: a periodic replacement notification accumulation DB 4007 and a notification accumulation DB 4009 accumulating the transmitted information; and a periodic replacement component analysis program 4003 for calculating a replacement period of the component using the number of printed sheets as a unit, based on the information on the past replacement of the component and information on the number of printed sheets accumulated in the periodic replacement notification accumulation DB 4007 and the notification accumulation DB 4009 in each printer 20, and predicting the next replacement time of the component based on the past number of printed sheets and an increase amount thereof. |
