PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting board and electronic equipment for changing a mode even if a mode change is disabled on a side of a body of the electronic equipment.SOLUTION: The mounted board 3 constituted attachably and detachably to a printer body 2 including a mode change function for changing a mode, is equipped with: an interface 23 for printers for making connection to the printer body 2; a board-side operator 22; and a CPU 24 for giving a mode change command for changing a mode to the printer body 2 according to operation of the board-side operator 22.
