PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge suppressed in image defect.SOLUTION: The process cartridge includes: an image holder 58; a charging means 56 coming in contact with the image holder 58 to electrostatically charge a surface of the image holder 58; and a resin film 40 which is held between the image holder 58 and the charging means 56 so as to be separated, and the process cartridge is attached to and detached from an image forming apparatus. In the resin film, a difference between an oxygen atom content of a surface 42 coming in contact with the image holder 58 measured by X-ray electron spectroscopy (XPS) and an oxygen atom content measured inside the face 42 by X-ray electron spectroscopy is 1 to 20 atom%, and the wet tension of the surface 42 coming in contact with the image holder 58 is 35 to 55 mN/m. |
