PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document creation device, method and system for efficiently creating a document by using a document whose overall configuration is determined in advance.SOLUTION: When receiving the selection of a template including a blank section from a first terminal 20, a document creation device 10 creates a first form created based on the selected template, and receives input to the blank section from the first terminal 20 via the first form. Furthermore, the document creation device 10 notifies a second terminal 30 that the input has been received from the first terminal 20. Then, the document creation device 10 receives input to the blank section from the second terminal 30 via a second form created based on the information input from the first terminal 20 and the template. |
