PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To associate a conference with a resource only by transmitting electronic mail as usual.SOLUTION: The information processing device includes: a mail event detection part for detecting an event relating to transmission/reception of electronic mail; a resource acquisition part for acquiring a resource relating to the electronic mail or resource information including information for accessing the resource; a relevant user acquisition part for acquiring the user information of a plurality of users relating to the electronic mail; a common schedule extraction part for extracting a common schedule of the plurality of users by referring to schedule information in which the users of the electronic mail are associated with the schedules of the users, based on the user information of a plurality of users acquired by the relevant user acquisition part; and a resource management part for storing the resource information acquired by the resource acquisition part and the common schedule extracted by the common schedule extraction part in association with each other in the resource storage part.
