PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition for alcohol drinks, which can hold a stable emulsion state, even when mixed with a high concentration alcohol solution in a process for producing an alcohol drink, and can impart a stable cloudy state to the alcohol drink for a long period.SOLUTION: The emulsion composition for the alcohol drinks comprises (a) medium-long chain fatty acid triglycerides which have a saponification value of 248 to 330 and in which ≥10 wt.% of constituting fatty acids are 12 to 20C fatty acids, (b) a sucrose acetate isobutyrate, and (c) Arabian gum and/or a processed starch. |
