PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an apparatus by shortening the time required for heating a molding material, and improving energy efficiency thereof.SOLUTION: In a mold 1 in which a thermoplastic material is molded into an optical element, molding portions 2a and 3a to mold at least optically effective faces of the optical element are formed of a conductive material generating heat when a current is supplied thereto, and a pair of electrodes 2c and 3c to supply the current to the molding portions 2a and 3a are provided by electrically connecting them to the molding portions 2a and 3a respectively. |
