PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic powder coating apparatus which can suppress the unevenness of thickness of a coating film formed by coating a resin powder on the surface of an armature component even when recycling the resin powder.SOLUTION: The electrostatic powder coating apparatus includes a supply tank 41 which stores the resin powder F, and a powder nozzle 44 which sprays the resin powder F supplied from the supply tank 41 to the armature component 1, carried by a screw shaft 21, from above the armature components 1. The electrostatic powder coating apparatus has a recovery part 47 which recovers the resin powder F not adhering to the armature component 1 from below the armature components 1 and separates the recovered resin powder F into a resin powder to be recycled and a resin powder to be discarded. The electrostatic powder coating apparatus also includes a dust collector 49 which recovers the resin powder to be discarded from the recovery part 47 and discards it, and a third passage 48 which guides the resin powder to be recycled from the recovery part 47 to the supply tank 41.
