PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a tension material vertically on the outer peripheral surface of a structure without rotating the erecting structure and arrange the same with a gradient in the circumferential direction.SOLUTION: A lower cap 210 and an upper cap 220 are rotated in the opposite directions, whereby PC-steel strand wires 132, 134 can be disposed with a reverse gradient on the basis of the vertical direction on the outer peripheral surface 100A of the tower-like structure 100 without rotating the tower-like structure 100. Thus, tension is applied to the PC-steel strand wires 132, 134 spirally wound in the opposite directions around the outer peripheral surface 100A of the tower-like structure 100, thereby introducing pre-stress (compressive force) both in the vertical direction and in the circumferential direction of the tower-like structure 100. Thus, both the bending tensile breaking strength and the bending compressive breaking strength of the tower-like structure 100 are improved. |
