Disclosed is a color ring back tone service processing method in the Internet protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) domain, which includes: during the call initiated by a calling terminal to a called terminal, receiving notification information sent by the called terminal; according to the established mapping relationship between the color ring back tone service identifications and the notification information sent by the called terminal, selecting the color ring back tone service identification corresponding to the notification information sent by the called terminal this time; and playing the calling terminal the color ring back tone service corresponding to the selected color ring back tone service identification. Disclosed are also another color ring back tone service processing method in the IMS domain, and a color ring back tone service processing device and terminal in the IMS domain. Applying the present invention can solve the problem of channel and resource waste in the prior art, thereby improving the utilization ratio of channels and resources.
