PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce an extremely small amount of a sample into plasma even in the case that a fluid of high viscosity is used.SOLUTION: This atomizer (3) is equipped with: a cylindrical outer cylinder (12) having a spray orifice (12b) formed at one end thereof; the cylindrical intermediate cylinder (13) coaxially arranged in the outer cylinder (12) and having a gas flow channel (R1) which makes spraying gas flow between the outer cylinder (12) and the intermediate cylinder (13) formed thereto, the inner cylinder (14) coaxially arranged in the intermediate cylinder (13) so as to leave a gap with respect to the intermediate cylinder and formed so that the outer diameter (D1) of the end (14a) on the side of the spray orifice (12b) of the inner cylinder (14) is formed small as compared with the outer diameter (D2) of the inner cylinder (14) inside the end; and the sample flow channel (R3) formed in the inner cylinder (14) to make the liquid sample sprayed from the spray orifice (12b) flow.
