PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time information supply device, a time synchronizing system, and a response information transmission method for correcting the time of a timepiece which a device has with satisfactory accuracy.SOLUTION: The time information supply device performs communication with a terminal which transmits first measurement information, and moreover transmits second measurement information when a predetermined time passes after the transmission of the first measurement information. The supply device includes: a determination part for determining, when the device receives the first and second measurement information from the terminal respectively, whether a predetermined receiving time, the time from the reception of the first measurement information up to the reception of the second measurement information, exceeds a predetermined allowable time; and a packet transmission circuit which transmits response information for correcting the time of the terminal to the terminal, when the predetermined receiving time is determined not to exceed the predetermined allowable time, and inhibits transmission of the response information when the predetermined receiving time is determined to exceed the predetermined allowable time. |
