PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable wireless tag communication device, capable of protecting a display surface.SOLUTION: A reader 1 includes: a body case 2, having a display surface 36A for a predetermined display, disposed to be an upper side and in a horizontal direction; a hold unit 4, located under the body case 2, which an operator M can hold; an antenna case 7 having a reader antenna 18 provided for wireless communication with a wireless tag T; and a rotation support unit 6, rising from the display surface 36A, for retaining the antenna case 7 in front of the display surface 36A in such a manner that the antenna case 7 is movable in a range at least including a protection position to cover the upper portion of the display surface 36A and a communication position for wireless communication, which rises from the protection position. |
