PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly select a service recipient.SOLUTION: A service providing apparatus 1 includes a movement information acquisition unit 2, an interference determiner 3, and a service recipient selection unit 4. The movement information acquisition unit 2 acquires moving directions and moving speeds of a plurality of persons in a first area specified on the basis of the own apparatus. The interference determiner 3 determines whether estimated movement trajectories of persons, each estimated from each of the moving directions and the moving speeds of the plurality of the persons acquired by the movement information acquisition unit 2, are smaller than the first area and interfere with the second area specified on the basis of the own apparatus. The service recipient selection unit 4 selects a person whose estimated movement trajectory has been determined to interfere with the second area by the interference determiner 3 as a recipient of service to whom the own device provides services. |
