PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein in a battery device and a battery-state monitoring circuit with an automatic recovery function, when a temperature sensor circuit for overheat protection is built therein, and if an overheat protection function is operated also during charging in a state that a battery voltage of a secondary battery is 0V, current consumption of the temperature sensor circuit hinders operation of an automatic recovery circuit and prevents normal operation of the automatic recovery function.SOLUTION: The output of an automatic recovery circuit and the voltage of a secondary battery are compared with each other; and only when the output of the automatic recovery function is larger, that is, only when a charger is connected between external terminals, is a temperature sensor circuit operated. |
