PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high precision equalization processing, even under the environment of a complicated delay profile, using an equalizer 4 of a receiving device for receiving a cyclic digital modulation signal containing the same signal cyclically.SOLUTION: In a main wave detector 15, an initial phase is detected for a transmission line property, a center of gravity of a signal is detected for the transmission line property, and a signal of the transmission line property is shifted so that the center of gravity becomes an origin of a quadrature coordinate system. The shifted signal is then converted into a signal of a polar coordinate system, an averaged inclination of a phase as a conversion result is detected, and amplitudes of the conversion result are averaged. Based on the averaged inclination of the phase, an averaged result of amplitudes and the initial phase, a signal of a main wave component of the quadrature coordinate system is generated. |
