PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus in which estimation precision distribution information is formed so as to obtain a time-sequentially smooth image quality as a moving image and a pixel value can be replaced, and such an image processing program.SOLUTION: In a pixel value estimation unit 120, an estimation precision of each of pixels in each of frames in a moving image is calculated. Furthermore, in a motion vector calculation unit 110, a motion vector is calculated which indicates correspondence among each of pixels of a present frame in the moving image, each of pixels of a past frame and each of pixels of a future frame. In a replacement pixel determination unit 140, filtering processing in a time direction is performed on estimation precision distribution information recorded in a pixel value estimation precision recording unit 130, and candidates of a pixel to be replaced is decided according to the estimation precision distribution information on which the filtering processing in the time direction has been performed. It is determined whether to actually replace the pixel value for the candidates of the pixel to be replaced and for the pixel to be actually replaced, the pixel value is replaced by a pixel value replacement unit 150. |
