PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter enabling a simple circuit configuration, using fewer number of parts.SOLUTION: The other end of a load RL is connected to one end V1 of a DC power source, and the converter includes a second transistor Q2 with the second terminal connected to the control terminal of a first transistor Q1 and the first terminal connected to one end V1 of the DC power source. The converter includes a first capacitor C1, between the second terminal of the first transistor Q1 and the control terminal of the second transistor Q2, and includes a first resistor R1, between the control terminal of the second transistor Q2 and the other end GND of the DC power source and a detection resistor RS in series with the load RL, and includes a third transistor Q3 with the first terminal connected to one end of the detection resistor RS and the control terminal connected to the other end of the detecting resistor RS. The second terminal of the third transistor Q3 is connected to the control terminal of the second transistor Q2 to control the switching current of the first transistor Q1. |
