PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding tool holding a plurality of compact components with high uniformity.SOLUTION: A holding tool 1 is equipped with: a substrate 5 having a support hole aggregation region 12 where a plurality of support holes 11 penetrating therethrough in the thickness direction are formed; and a tubular elastic member 7 arranged to be flush with the surface 13 of the support hole aggregation region 12 inside each of the support holes 11 and elastically holding a compact component inserted in the tubular elastic member. |
