PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side-pressure applying mechanism of a motor which prevents an urging member from being removed from a side-pressure bearing, without fail, by disturbances such as sudden impacts.SOLUTION: In the side-pressure applying mechanism of a motor 10, a side-pressure bearing 40 is loosely inserted into a rotary shaft 12 of the motor 10, rotatably supported via a support bearing 14, and a side-pressure in a direction crossing with the axial direction of the rotary shaft is applied relative to the rotary shaft 12 with the urging member 50 which abuts against the outer circumferential face of the side-pressure bearing 40. In the side-pressure applying mechanism, a driven body 70 is fixed to the rotary shaft 12, wherein the driven body 70 is formed with a restricting section 72 for restricting the movement of the urging member 50 in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 12. |
