Provided is a light-emitting-device module that includes a plurality of light-emitting devices disposed in a row arrangement, that is reduced in cost, and that is improved in light-use efficiency. The light-emitting-device module (40) includes a plurality of light-emitting devices (1), each light-emitting device (1) including: a base element (10) in which a filling groove (11) is formed, the filling groove (11) having open faces (11a) in the two faces thereof that oppose one another along one direction; a light-emitting element (2) that is provided on the bottom face of the filling groove (11); and a sealing material (3) that is filled in the filling groove (11) to seal the light-emitting element (2) and that is made of a transparent resin. The light-emitting-device module (40) also includes: a substrate (41) on which the plurality of light-emitting devices (1) are mounted and disposed in a row arrangement in one direction in a manner such that the open faces (11a) of adjacent light-emitting devices (1) face one another; and reflective sections (42) that are provided on the substrate (41) between adjacent light-emitting devices (1) and that reflect the light emitted from the respective open faces (11a).
