Disclosed is an adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer exhibiting the desired adhesive strength even when made into a film as thin as 5µm or less. The adhesive sheet has the aforementioned adhesive layer, which comprises an adhesive, on at least one face of a base material. The adhesive comprises an acrylic copolymer (A) having a crosslinkable functional group and a urethane resin (B). Said urethane resin is obtained by reacting a chain extender (b3) with an isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer that is obtained by reacting a diol (b1) with a polyvalent isocyanate compound (b2). The aforementioned chain extender comprises a compound (b4) having two hydroxyl groups and/or amino groups, and a compound (b5) having three or more hydroxyl groups and/or amino groups, wherein the mass percent ratio of (b4) and (b5) is such that (b4)/(b5) equals between 7/3 and 10/0.
