A connecting device and a wireless communication system. The connecting device comprises a first connecting module (11) and a second connecting module (12). The first connecting module comprises a first radio frequency interface (111) and a first data interface (112) which are arranged together side by side, and the insertion direction of the first radio frequency interface is the same as that of the first data interface. The second connecting module comprises a second radio frequency interface (121) and a second data interface (122) which are arranged together side by side, and the insertion direction of the second radio frequency interface is the same as that of the second data interface. The first radio frequency interface is connected with the second radio frequency interface, and the first data interface is connected with the second data interface. The connecting device also comprises a movement positioning device (13) arranged in the insertion direction of the first connecting module and the second connecting module, and the movement positioning device is used for positioning the first connecting module and the second connecting module. The data interfaces and the radio frequency interfaces are simultaneously and correspondingly connected by the connecting device, thus conveniently connecting a wireless terminal with a user terminal by the connecting device.
