<p>Provided is a projector capable of avoiding the problem of acquiring a writing space. A projection unit (2) projects an image on a screen (200) corresponding to an input image signal. An operation unit (4) receives an adjustment instruction for adjusting a projection area of a projected image projected on the screen (200). When the operation unit (4) receives the adjustment instruction, an image capturing unit (3) captures an image of the projection area and generates image data. A control unit (5) confirms whether a predetermined mark is present in an image represented by the image data, and if the mark is present, specifies the position of the mark, determines a predetermined area in the projection area in accordance with the specified mark position, and controls the projection unit (2) to project the image only in the predetermined area.</p> |
