<p>A thermosetting polyimide wear-resistant self-lubricating swash plate (1) and a preparation method thereof are provided. The swash plate (1) comprises of a metallic matrix (2) and a self-lubricating wear-resistant coating (3). The metallic matrix (2) is one of ferrous based, Fe-Cu sintered based, copper based, aluminum based and zinc based, and is prepared by a machining method. The self-lubricating wear-resistant coating (3) is coated on annular surfaces on two sides of the metallic matrix (2), and forms an annular surface working layer of the swash plate (1). The self-lubricating wear-resistant coating (3) comprises of a self-lubricating wear-resistant paint having following components in percentage by weight: 40 to 65 percent of thermosetting polyimide; and 35 to 60 percent of solid lubricant. The self-lubricating wear-resistant coating (3) is formed by preparing the self-lubricating wear-resistant paint, spray coating, and sintering the self-lubricating wear-resistant paint. The swash plate thus prepared can use for a long time and withstand dry friction in short period.</p> |
