The method involves assigning an electrical conductive material (3), which extends between a negative contact terminal (4) at one of solar cells (1) and positive contact terminal (5) at other solar cells (2). An adhering electrical connection is formed between the material and the negative terminal, and between the material and the positive terminal. A contact material is separated in a local area between the conductive material and the contact terminals and in another local area between individual conductors of the conductive material via low-temperature- plasma spraying. The individual conductors are designed as a strand, woven mesh material, expanded metal and punched film.
