A ratcheting wrench (10) has ratchet structure (62), a ratchet body (70), a socket wheel (40), a plurality of ratchet teeth (72) and at least one pawl (36). The ratchet body is received into the ratchet structure and is rotatable about a first axis. The socket wheel (40) is received in an aperture (114) in the ratchet body (70) and includes a plurality of tool members (214) that are spaced circumferentially apart from one another about a second axis that intersects the first axis but is not coincident with the first axis. The ratchet teeth (72) and the at least one pawl (36) cooperate to control relative rotation between the ratchet structure and the ratchet body about the first axis.
