Novelty: coloring process for green stone-free olives and for pieces of green olives of the Spanish type with use of aqueous erythrocine solution Purpose: to obtain uniform shining and red-coloured olives. Advantages: it is a steady and absolutely natural product manageable - after finishing of this process- as existing olive fruit circulating worldwide in the market (see green olives filled with almond or other fillings used so far).
